Dear Deputy Secretary General,
I hope that this letter finds you in good health and spirit.
The time has come for me to face the harsh reality that the majority voting populace of Antigua & Barbuda does not buy into the vision and mission that the Democratic National Alliance is offering.Moreover, the party’s performance in the last two General Elections have shown that the DNA is unable to gain traction or garner significant support which was reflected at the polls.A recommendation was proposed by Colleague Anthony Stuart for the dissolution of the DNA. I supported this recommendation which has prompted me to turn a new chapter in my life.
It is with a heavy heart, careful consideration, and deep reflection that I hereby tender my resignation effective immediately as a Candidate and a longstanding member of the Democratic National Alliance.
Heartfelt thanks to President Joanne Massiah for her mentorship and my Colleagues for their support and shared opportunity to create history twice as a Candidate of the DNA.
I will use the experience gained for people empowerment.
