Suspended Police Superintendent Ray John and former partner Shakema Charles await a critical ruling in their passport fraud trial.
Accused of collaborating with Vincentian resident Lonzel Jones, they face allegations of forging passport bio pages between January 1 and April 7, 2018.
Their attorneys filed a no-case submission, contesting the evidence.
The judge is expected to announce the decision, which was postponed from Tuesday to Thursday for further consideration.
