St. Mary’s South residents are receiving priority in the distribution of lands in the Cades Bay area, according to Senator Samantha Marshall, ABLP candidate for the constituency.
The lands, situated on the hillside with sea views, are being sold at an attractive price of EC$6.00 per square foot, significantly lower than their market value.
Senator Marshall clarified that the lands are primarily being allocated to young people from the community who wish to own their piece of land.
Additionally, the housing development at Jolly Hill, undertaken by CHAPA, is expanded, offering more land for individual home construction.
