A tragic accident at the Deep Water Harbour has left Denroy “Waka” Harrigan, a 59-year-old employee of a local shipping firm, in critical condition at the hospital’s ICU.
The incident occurred when Harrigan was pinned between a truck and a shipping container as the truck driver reversed, unaware of him opening the container.
After undergoing surgery for severe injuries, Harrigan remains unconscious and on a ventilator.
Urgent blood donations are needed to aid his recovery.
