Alleged Robbers,Clinton Oliver and Kouna Joseph, two of the three men involved in a shootout with police, remain hospitalized in stable condition. They were injured during a confrontation with law enforcement following a suspected armed robbery at a Parham superette on Thursday. The third suspect, Jamar Smith, has died.
Police intercepted the suspects in a silver Toyota Mark-X in Ebenezer after the alleged robbery. The men reportedly fired at the police, prompting officers to return fire.
