Antigua and Barbuda’s Young Destoyer claimed the second runner-up spot in his debut in the Leeward Islands Calypso Competition in Anguilla last night. The crown was claimed by Montserrat’s ‘The Voice’ also known as De Bear. Defending champion, Roxy, representing Anguilla, was first runner-up.
Young Destroyer, whose given name is Leston Jacobs, delivered ‘Back of the Bus’ and ‘Defending my Flag’ in the competition.
