Port Manager Darwin Telemaque confirmed that the Alfa Nero super yacht embarked on a brief sea trial today, departing from Falmouth Harbour.
The trial aimed to assess the vessel’s maneuverability and preparedness for adverse weather conditions, following recent repairs.
The Captain of the yacht conducted the trial under the guidance of the Port’s Chief Pilot.
Mr. Telemaque clarified the situation during a post-cabinet media briefing held on Thursday, addressing questions raised about the sea trial and the yacht’s readiness for challenging weather scenarios.
