Prime Minister Gaston Browne Has expressed optimism that the United States Embassy will return to Antigua and Barbuda.
He believes the country’s efforts over the past nine years put them in a favorable position.
The US Embassy has expressed interest in establishing an embassy in two OECS countries, and PM Browne expects Antigua and Barbuda to be one of them.
While waiting for a formal announcement, he emphasized the previous embassy’s presence and ongoing negotiations.
