Prime Minister Hon. Gaston Browne has indicated progress has been made to pay severance to former workers of Jolly Beach Resort.The head of government made the announcement on Pointe FM Saturday afternoon, indicating funds have been secured for the payments.He also says the government is well on the way to completing the acquisition of the property.The Prime Minister, who also holds the finance portfolio, revealed the information while indicating several investments are in train in the hospitality sector.The Government has explained it is also working to have some rooms at the property ready for occupancy by the end of this year.
