A man is hospitalized after allegedly being hit by a car transporting shooting victims to the hospital last night.
A 43-year-old man from Liberta was fatally shot multiple times during an incident in Shanty Town, ending the final lap of carnival festivities. He was pronounced dead at the Sir Lester Bird Medical Center.
Two relatives of the deceased also sustained multiple gunshot wounds. Both underwent lengthy surgeries, including kidney removal, and are in critical condition in the ICU.
The vehicle transporting the shooting victims accidentally struck another man, who is also receiving treatment.
