A new electoral commissioner, Mr. Clovis St. Romain was sworn in today by His Excellency Sir Rodney Williams, Governor General of Antigua and Barbuda. Mr. St. Romain was jointly nominated by the Antigua and Barbuda Evangelical Alliance Inc and the Antigua Christian Council to replace Ms. Madeline Blackman who retired this year.
