A 33 year old man is now in hospital in critical condition after he was shot by a gunman in Briggins late Monday night. The incident happened shortly after 11pm, when the 33 year old went outside to someone who called him from his apartment. The assailant then opened fire on him; he sustained at least three gunshot wounds, including to the head.
The Emergency Medical Services quickly responded and rushed the victim to hospital, where he has been admitted in critical condition. A motive for the shooting has not yet been determined.
