Tedson Knowles has been sentenced to 30 years in prison for the murder of his girlfriend, Carissa Chandler.
The case concluded last month when a jury found Knowles guilty of fatally shooting Chandler during a domestic dispute on May 23, 2019, at their home in New Winthorpes
Neighbors testified about the events on the day of the murder, and medical evidence revealed Chandler’s massive blood loss from a close-range gunshot wound to her ches
Justice Ann Marie Smith, who delivered the sentence, noted that Knowles’ case would be eligible for review after 20 years.
