Dexter Scotland of Willkies, accused of killing Jahfari Isaac, has been remanded to prison after appearing before the All Saints Magistrates Court.
Scotland, who appeared in court for the first time without legal representation, did not enter a plea.
He surrendered to the police following a wanted bulletin, and Isaac died from his injuries in the ICU.
The Police Administration praised the public’s assistance and urged continued support and collaboration with law enforcement.
