The incident occurred on Tuesday morning, involving Darren Gittens and Lorenzo Bright. Gittens stabbed Bright in the arm and leg during the altercation.
Bright received medical treatment at the Sir Lester Bird Medical Center and was later discharged, as his injuries were not life-threatening. HMP authorities have initiated an investigation into the incident.
