Swane Gore of Green Bay has been remanded to prison on charges of Unlawful Possession of a .38 Firearm, Possession of Ammunition, and Shooting With Intent to Murder.
The incident occurred on September 14 in Perry Bay, where Gore allegedly fired two shots at a man. No one was injured
His attorney, Wayne Benjamin Marsh, plans to seek bail in the high court and reminded the court of the police’s disclosure duty.
The case has been adjourned to December 11.
