Crime Investigators have launched an investigation into the sudden death of a 57-year-old German cruise tourist, who was pronounced dead at Sir Lester Bird Medical Centre shortly after noon today.
The man and his wife arrived on a cruise ship this morning and went on a catamaran to Long Bay.
His wife reportedly found him floating face-down in the water after he had a few drinks.He was rushed to the hospital, where his death was confirmed
The man had been battling chronic health challenges, and a post-mortem examination will determine the cause of death.
