Antigua and Barbuda is once again being showcased at one of the premier global tourism business events World Travel Market (WTM) taking place in Excel London from November 6th to 8th.
The World Travel Market is one of the leading events for networking and collaboration within the travel sector, offering partners the opportunity to build new connections and update the industry on new products and plans for the future.
The delegation comprises Tourism Minister the Hon. Charles Fernandez, ABTA CEO Mr. Colin C. James, Deputy Chairperson of the Board of the ABTA Mr. Alan Hosam, Head of Communications for the Ministry of Tourism Samoya Kirby, Tourism Astronaut Ambassadors Keisha Schahaff and Anastatia Mayers.
As a pre WTM event the delegation attended the British Guild of Travel Writers Gala last evening (SUN).
The guild is the UK’s leading membership organization for travel media with 250+ top tier travel writers, authors, photographers, bloggers and broadcasters.
So far for Day 1, meetings and interviews have been held with tour operators such as TUI, British Airways Holidays, Kenwood Travel, Carib Tours, Best at Travel and Elegant Resorts, Steve Hartridge and TTG.
