Eleven students from Antigua and Barbuda are commencing their undergraduate and graduate studies in diverse fields like architecture, business administration, information security, geography, and political science in China.
The Antigua and Barbuda Cabinet extends its full support and well wishes to these scholars.
During a meeting with Prime Minister Gaston Browne and Cabinet members, the importance of striking a balance between enjoyment and academic dedication was emphasized.
The scholars were encouraged to prioritize completing their studies and attaining post-graduate degrees to pave the way for future growth.
The Prime Minister stressed the significance of global competitiveness and representing their nation while in China.
The scholarships are a result of the Prime Minister’s Scholarship Scheme, facilitated by the PRC Embassy in St. John’s.
