Antigua and Barbuda’s Prime Minister Gaston Browne has sent a message of condolence to the Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi following a tragic rail accident that left over 275 persons dead and over 1000 persons injured.
In his letter to Prime Minister Modi, Browne said that the loss of life, especially under circumstances like this, is always painful.
“At this time, I wish to express my sincerest condolences to the government and the people of India for this most catastrophic event,” the letter stated.
