(RealNews)Opposition Leader Jamale Pringle has criticised the government for its failure to work in the best interest of the working-class people of the country.
The opposition leader was speaking during the Budget Debate in the Lower House of Parliament Thursday morning (March 9).
He said the government has not done enough to address the labour matters that have been plaguing the twin-island-state.
According to Pringle, the lack of government-led consultations has been to the detriment of the working class.
The opposition leader further decried the lack of transparency in accessing the country’s employment-related data.
