Caribbean Airlines has set up a dedicated REFUND PORTAL for all customers inconvenienced by flight cancellations over the period August 19-22, 2023.

Getting your refund is easy:

2. Fill in the information requested and provide relevant documents. 3. Submit your refund application.
Caribbean Airlines is committed to completing these refunds within 14 business days of receipt of the customer’s application.
