Barbuda International Airport To Be Open within the next 15 days, at most

The Cabinet was advised that training of Firemen in Barbuda is continuing and their readiness to operate the equipment at the new Barbuda International Airport is the sole cause of the delay at this time. Opening of the Barbuda International Airport will take place within the next 15 days, at most. The opening ceremony will see a number of aircraft and passengers flying into Barbuda, and a significant portion of the Barbuda population—including the members of the Barbuda Council—will be invited.
