A 24-year-old man from Willikies has been rushed to hospital in critical condition after being shot at least three times in the village.
The incident happened shortly after 8 Sunday evening.
Police say the victim was at a bar in the area when an assailant alighted from a car and opened fire on him.
He was shot in the head, groin and knee.
Police have launched a manhunt for the shooter; a motive for the shooting has not yet been disclosed.
