( Real News Antigua ) Obsti’s Bar at the East Bus Station was the target of thieves, who made off with a quantity of alcoholic beverages some time between 7:15 p.m. on May 15 and 6 a.m. on May 16.
An employee reported the matter to the Police and it is being investigated by
the Criminal Investigations Department (CID).
It is alleged that unknown persons used a sharp object to cut the lock off a
south-eastern metal gate.
Reportedly, having gained entry to the premises, the intruders then used a
hard implement to pry the latch from the door, entered the business, and stole
the alcoholic beverages.
