The developments coming to Barbuda will surpass that of Jumby Bay.
This has been stated by Prime Minister Gaston Browne as he spoke at today’s labour day rally mounted by the Antigua Trades and Labour Union.
The Prime Minister disclosed that already the Cocoa point project has already made land sales of over one hundred million dollars.
He went to indicate that by next year, Barbuda will have over one hundred and fifty million US dollars in investments.
“If you think that Jumby Bay is a success, well Barbuda will be a Jumby Bay on steroids,” the prime minister said.
To this end he called on Barbudians to support the government’s efforts to develop the sister isle.
The Prime Minister added that the promise made by his government to develop Barbuda is being kept.
