Double murder in Tobago

A HORRIBLE act! This was how Tobago House of Assembly Chief Secretary Kelvin Charles described the double murder of 69-year-old retiree John Mills and his wife of 40 years Eulyn John yesterday.

Their bodies were found by a relative in an upper bedroom at their Buccoo New Road home at around 11.30 a.m. Their throats had been slashed and they were bound and gagged. The killings brought the number of homicides toll on the island to five for the year so far.
