COVID-19 Vaccine Card Collection Extended, Shifts to the Villa Polyclinic.

The general public is advised that persons who received vaccination at the Villa Polyclinic, Sir Novelle Richards Academy (SNRA), and the Multipurpose Cultural and Exhibition Center can still collect their outstanding vaccination cards from Monday 29th March 2021 to Thursday 1st April 2021. The collection period will close for the Easter Holiday commencing Friday 2nd April 2021. Card collection will shift to the Villa Polyclinic to facilitate this extension.  Card collection takes place between the hours of 9 am to 3 pm. For vaccine card collection, an ID must be presented.

Pre Registration for the COVID-19 Vaccine continues. For online registration, please visit www.vaccineantiguabarbuda.com and select the “Vaccine Registration” tab. Upon clicking the tab, you will be required to fill out your general information and when completed, click “submit”. Your registration is then completed. Registration call center numbers are 788-8299, 736-8295, 736-8298, 736-8299, 780-8618, 780-8652, 780-8678 and 780-8461, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 3 pm, closed on public holidays. 

Pre-registration is vital for efficiency in the next phase of the vaccination process.

After your COVID-19 Vaccine:

Even after vaccination, continue to follow COVID-19 protocols, control Chronic Illnesses, stay hydrated, exercise regularly, eat a balanced diet and get adequate rest.

The general public is also advised to be mindful of the safety and security of your vaccine card. Your vaccine card is essential for your second vaccine dose.
