A local bank has topped the Eastern Caribbean Central Bank (ECCB) awards for the second consecutive year.
CIBC FirstCaribbean’s Antigua operation was awarded Bank of the Year Customer Service by the ECCB at a ceremony held last Thursday.
The bank’s Country Head and Director, OECS Retail Sales, Mrs. Ladesa James-Williams, said that the bank took pride in living the vision of CIBC FirstCaribbean, which is to be a leader in client relationships and to be personalized, responsive and easy with every client engagement.
“I thank the ECCB for this award. My hardworking team and very loyal clients, who we know have a choice in banking and we look forward to raising the level of our service each and every day,” she said.
The award was presented to Mrs. James-Williams by Mr. Whitfield Harris Jr, who is a Director of the ECCB, representing Antigua and Barbuda.
