27 people in government quarantine

The most recent reports received by the Ministry of Health, Wellness and the Environment from the Mount St. John’s Medical Center and the Caribbean Public Health Agency (CARPHA) have revealed no new laboratory confirmed COVID-19 cases in Antigua and Barbuda as of Monday, Aug. 24 at 6 p.m.

Subsequent to the publication of the dashboard on Monday with the cut off time of 6 p.m., 10 samples were processed at the Mount St. John’s Medical Center’s (MSJMC) Laboratory, which increased the pending results from 22 to 32.

All 32 samples yielded negative results.

Consequently, the total number of persons with laboratory confirmed COVID-19 cases in Antigua and Barbuda remains at 94 with two active cases.
