Prime Minister Dr Keith Rowley leaves tomorrow for the United States for further examination of a build-up of plaque in one of the arteries of his heart.

The Prime Minister admitted yesterday that he had failed to have his annual medical check-up carried out in the US last year as a result of which his local physician has advised that he take immediate steps to have the examination carried out to determine the status of his health.S

Rowley made the disclosure yesterday during a Carnival Sunday news conference held at the Diplomatic Centre, St Ann’s. Also present at the news conference were Finance Minister Colm Imbert, Communications Minister Stuart Young, Foreign Affairs Minister Dennis Moses and Minister of Public Administration Marlene McDonald.
